Fees
Different billing methods including flat fees (routine uncontested matters); contingency based upon success of the case, modified contingency, hourly billing, and deferred hourly billing are available. The firm’s current hourly rates range from $125 - $350 and $75 - $115 for the paralegal services and experienced law students. BNR, P.C. is also a member of Illinois Trade Association where the firm’s services are available through barter in compliance with the IRS rules. Reduced Hourly fees with success bonuses are also available to credit worthy clients or cases of material value.
